Hi, I’m Chris Dale 👋🏻,
I am 24 years old, from Banbridge NI and I have just finished my final year of Interaction Design at Ulster University, where I graduated with a 2:1 because of my high quality level of work.
I’m a passionate UX/UI and front-end designer and I am always looking for new challenges to develop and improve my craft and get better at what I do. I believe in user-centred design and creating a solution based on the user's needs.
I have over 5 years learning design from college to university and I have grown so much as a person and a designer since starting Ulster University 4 years ago. I love being in a design studio with other like-minded people as playing off them helps me be more creative and allows me to learn from my peers as well. I have many different skills from web design, UX design from UX research all the way through to designing the UI. I am also skilled in poster design and developing brands for different projects.
My focus area for the past few years has been designing UIs in Figma, but I'm also skilled in Adobe Illustrator and can use Miro. I have a keen eye for detail and that has come from all I have learnt over the last number of years.

Banbridge, NI – (April 2022 - August 2023)
In my first few months at Donaghys, I was a sales assistant on the shop floor where I served customers, counted money, made sure the correct stock was on the floor and made sure it was clean and tidy.
I then moved upstairs to the store where my role changed and my tasks then became using a walkie-talkie to communicate with the sales team on the shop floor to make sure they were getting the right shoes sent down to them. I also assist in putting new stock in the store and making room for it by moving current stock. I also take in and mark off deliveries noting any discrepancies, then scan them onto the system and put them away. I am also trusted to pick up internet orders to have them ready to be sent out on a Monday.
